 Past Captains & Presidents
This social event takes place on Saturday 27th April. Invitations have gone out by email and include all details for the running of the day. RSVP by Wednesday 24th March to Lady President Laura or Pat Horan, please include if you are bringing your partner/guest with you to the meal.  

Mens Club
Hackett Cup qualifying took place at the weekend with the top 32 players progressing to the matchplay stages. Scores of 33 points (4 players) and better qualified for the match play stage.

Entry sheets are in the Men's locker room for the Club's other match play competitions - the Club Championship and Kenny Cup. Please add your name to the list in the locker room to be included in the draw.

The weekday singles stableford competition continues this week. Entry fee €5, play off white tees.

Next weekend an 18 hole singles stableford non-qualifying competition takes place. This is a fundraiser for the
Club's Junior Golf section. Members are asked to please give it every support.
Entry fee €10, play off white tees.

Wednesday (Ladies Day) Draw Times:
Draws at 9:55 for 10:00 Tee Off and 13:20 for 13:28 Tee Off. Arrange and play outside of these times, but please give preference to playing in the draw if you can. Afternoon draw will change to 2pm from 1st May.

Interclub Team:
Commiserations to our Intermediate Foursomes team who got beaten by a strong Moate team today in glorious sunshine.  
Pairs were Patricia Guinan/Caroline Guinan, Carmel Ryan/Niamh Treacy away and Ev Lynch/Maura Flannery, Jo Conniffe/Mary Lonergan at home. 
Many thanks to team manager Annette, who travelled to Moate and to Ann McIntyre who looked after our team in Birr today.

 Fundraiser Draw
The numbers drawn this week were 4, 5, 6 and 7. The jackpot was not won. The weekly prize winner was Gerard Flynn. The jackpot stands at €2,325
