CAPTAIN’S MEDAL
The beautiful March weather meant that The Glenns were exceptionally busy over the weekend. Between societies and the Captain’s medal there was little time left on the timesheet. Great to see that the awful winter weather did not lessen the appetite of our members for their favourite game. Thanks to all who played and especially to Martin McCarthy of Sport’s Wear Direct for his generous sponsorship. This weekend we have the Spring Cup, another Golfer of the Year competition sponsored by John Hassett of Topline, Crinkill The Spring League final takes place on Sunday between 10.00 and 11.00. Well done to Enda Carroll who is the leading qualifier with 164 pts.
