Seniors Annual Dinner
The annual Senior’s dinner will be held in the Club on this Thursday Jan. 28 at 7 pm. The Senior’s Thursday competition which has been in existence for well over 10 years is one of the successes of the Club. The idea came from the late John Gilmartin and Michael Ashe both of whom have spent much time and effort promoting the competition. The dinner is always well attended especially since Michael Liffey brought musicians Richie Burke and Pat Conlon on board some years back. They enliven the night and encourage the more bashful to join in contributing their party pieces. So come along at enjoy the fun.
